Not saved: what's left for the sale

Everything nobody in the family saved is your sale. Things sorts the house by where each thing stands.

Step 1: Find what’s not saved, in Things

Tap Things at the bottom. The buttons along the top sort the house:

• Not saved is what nobody in the family is getting: your sale stock.
• To donate is the donation list.
• Still open is what the family is still answering.
• Spoken for is what they’re taking.

Sets partly given

A set that was partly given, like 2 of 6 chairs, isn’t under Not saved: it is under Saved for someone, and its line says who has how many. The rest of that set is yours too, if you chose Not saved for what was left over and tapped Save these. If the house tells everyone at once, wait until you’ve shared: until then each decision is a draft.

Step 2: Print the list for the sale

Tap Print list for a printed list. On a phone it is under To donate. On a computer or an iPad it prints whichever list is showing, Not saved included.

Change many at once

Tap Select, tick the things, and use the buttons at the bottom: Close now stops answers and sends them to Decide, and Offer to everyone again gives them another round.

Every thing has a short code, like MH-0004, in Things. Printed tags need our Mac app, which isn’t ready to download yet.

The next client’s house

In Settings (the person at the top right), Set up another house starts the next one. To move between houses, tap the house’s name at the top of the screen. On a very narrow phone it is Switch house in Settings instead.
