Codes and signing in
There is no password. What to do when the code didn't come, or didn't match.
What is my password?
Section titled “What is my password?”There isn’t one. Each time you need to get in, we email you a code of 6 numbers. A code to sign in works once, for 15 minutes. The code in an invitation works for 7 days.
To get a code, go to Sign in: in a browser, open savemethat.com and tap I have a code from an email. In the iPhone app, tap Sign in on the welcome the first time you open it; after that, Sign in is the first screen. Type your email and tap Email me a code.
The code didn’t come
Section titled “The code didn’t come”Check your spam folder, and give it a minute. Tap Send a new code if it still isn’t there. The newest code is the one that works.
If you were invited, the person who invited you can send you a new code from their Family and helpers page.
The code didn’t match
Section titled “The code didn’t match”Use the code from the newest email. After 5 wrong tries a code stops working: send a new one.
