Notifications aren't arriving

Step 1: Check the switch in Settings

In Settings (the person at the top right), check that Notifications is on.

If there is no switch, this phone can’t have them here: on an iPhone, use the Save Me That app or add it to your home screen. If Settings says they’re off for Save Me That, it says where your phone keeps the switch: follow that.

Step 2: On an iPhone, check the app

On an iPhone, notifications only come to the Save Me That app, or to Save Me That added to your home screen, never to a Safari tab. In the Settings app, under Notifications, check that Save Me That is allowed.

Emails wait for the morning

Between 9 at night and 8 in the morning we hold emails about the house, and send them in the morning. Codes to sign in and invitations go out right away, at any hour.
